Nature of the information

The website provides general information on the regulation of exchange activities and on the operator's services. It is not a legal opinion on any individual matter and does not replace advice based on complete facts and documents.

Legislation, guidance and supervisory practice may change. Although we review the content, its application to a particular matter must always be checked against the current legal position and the actual circumstances.

No lawyer–client relationship through the website

Submitting a contact form, email or other enquiry does not create a legal services agreement or lawyer–client relationship. Such a relationship arises only after the law firm expressly accepts the matter and the terms of engagement are agreed.

Until the matter has been accepted, you must not rely on the operator to protect any court, administrative or other deadline. Do not send sensitive or highly confidential material through an unsecured initial form unless it is necessary for the preliminary assessment.

Service descriptions and outcomes

Service descriptions and prices on the website are for information unless expressly presented as a binding order. The exact scope, fee, expenses and terms are governed by the order or legal services agreement.

The operator cannot guarantee the granting of an authorisation, the course of CNB proceedings, the outcome of an inspection or administrative proceedings, or the absence of a penalty. The outcome depends, among other things, on complete and accurate materials, the client's cooperation, actual operations and the competent authority's assessment.

Intellectual property

The texts, graphics, structure and other website elements are protected by intellectual property law. They may not be systematically copied, reproduced, modified or commercially used without prior consent, except as permitted by law.

Alternative dispute resolution

Use of the website and legal relations with the operator are governed by Czech law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights.
