This notice explains how www.pravoprosmenarny.cz uses cookies, similar storage and measurement technologies.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored on a device when a website is visited. localStorage entries and other online identifiers may serve similar functions. Some technologies are necessary for the website and its security, while others are used for analytics or marketing.

2. Categories

Necessary

These technologies are required for basic functionality, security, form submission and storage of the user's cookie choice. They do not require consent. They cannot be disabled through the cookie panel, although browser settings may limit them and affect website functionality.

Analytics

These technologies help us understand website usage, popular pages and technical errors. They are activated only after analytics consent. Before consent, Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager must not be loaded for analytics purposes and no analytics requests may be sent.

Marketing

These technologies measure advertising campaigns or personalise advertising. They are activated only after separate marketing consent. Contact details and form contents are not sent to advertising systems, even in hashed form.

3. Technology table

After implementation, display only technologies that are actually used.

Mandatory technical rule: After testing, add any additional cookie actually set, with its real name, provider, purpose and duration. Remove any item not actually set. Do not list _gid, _gat or other historical names merely because they appeared in an old template.

4. Consent choices

On the first visit, the banner provides equally accessible options to:

• Accept all;
• Reject optional technologies;
• Select individual categories.

Analytics and marketing categories must be off by default. Rejecting must be as easy as accepting.

The choice may be changed at any time through the Cookie settings link in the footer. Withdrawal stops future use of the relevant category and removes accessible first-party cookies where technically possible. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing.

5. Validity of the choice

The choice is stored for no more than 12 months. A new choice is requested earlier if the tools, purposes or policy version change materially.

6. Browser settings

Cookies can also be managed through browser settings. Blocking necessary technologies may impair functionality. Browser settings do not replace the website's duty to obtain consent before activating optional technologies.
